Warm-Up: 2 RDS of: 10 – Burpees, 10 – Air Squats, 10 – HRPU, 10 – Good mornings, 10 – Pass throughs.

Strength: (Snatch Work) Snatch balance / from the blocks / hang snatch / squat snatch, light weight focus on form.

WOD: Partner Triple TABATA

TABATA = 20 sec. work / 10 sec. rest for 8 rounds.

One person works/ one rests/ both athletes rest the 10 sec. Next athlete works the next 20 sec. Bar doesn’t touch the ground. 10 burpee penalty for each bar touch at the end of all TABATA work. 😉 (Score total reps pre team) Be careful passing each other the bar, pick a partner that can move the same bar weight as you.
