“Then” 2 Rounds of:
20 – Sotts Press 45/35 lbs barbell
20 – HollowRocks
20 – Deficit Push Ups 45/25 lbs plates
20 – Toes to Wall
“Cash out”=400m Run with KB 445/35 lbs

Sotts Press=Full squat strict press (deceptively difficult) 😉
