Warm Up: 400m Run “Then” 2 Rds of: 10-Pass Throughs, 10-OHS, 10-Pull Ups, 8-V Roll Ups

Strength: Back Squat 5Rds of 3 Reps Increase weight each round

WOD:  3 Rounds for time:

1 – Snatch Complex 95/65 lbs

15 – Box Jump Overs 24″/20″

5 – T2B

Snatch Complex = Snatch grip deadlift, Hang Power Snatch, Hang Squat Snatch, Power Snatch, Squat Snatch x 5. Totaling 25 movements per complex. Unlike the Bear complex you can come off the bar without penalty. Your Programmer is nice like that. 😉
