With the revelation of 15.4 it has become quite apparent that a new standard has been defined. Not only are you expected to do the handstand push up, but you must be mindful both physically and mentally about the movement. Make no mistake, it has posed some challenges to a very seasoned athlete in Josh Bridges. Please take a moment to study the video of standards for this workout and formulate a good plan going into this workout.
