  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 Sampson Stretch lunge

Strength: OHS + a 2sec. pause at the bottom. 5Rds of 5Reps

Start light and work up to challenging weight.

WOD: 4 Rounds of:

5 – Squat Cleans 135/95lbs

10 – Push Jerks 135/95lbs

25 – Abmat Sit Ups

1 – Rope Climb
