Paleo Challenge

We officially start our six week long Paleo Challenge today! It will run from July 6th to August 14th. Make sure to get your measurements done along with your before pictures; I will be there from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM to do that. Also, don’t forget to grab your copy of the point tracking sheet, which can be found at the box or here. The sheets will need to be turned in every Monday (at the end of the week or start of the new week). It is your responsibility to turn in the sheets on time to earn the points for the week. Don’t let your hard work go to waste! We will be doing WOD 1 today and WOD 2 will be on Thursday.

Paleo Challenge WOD 1

Warm Up:

  • 400 m run then 2 rds of
  • 10 Pass Throughs
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 10 Abmat Sit ups

Skill/Strength:

Hang Power Cleans 5×3 (increasing weight each set)

WOD:

12 minute time cap:

100 Burpees

100 Kettle Bell Swings (American) 35/45

* Athletes can break up the exercises and reps in any order.

** Paleo Challenge Members – Please make sure you write down your score/reps on the index cards so you can keep track; as we will be retesting the same WODs at the end of six weeks.
