How was week one for everyone? Hopefully, the hard part is over for most and you guys are getting a hang of this challenge. Remember, the key to staying on track is prepping your meals ahead of time. If time permits then do take the opportunity to plan ahead for the week and have multiple meals ready. However, if you’re short on time then be sure to check out Fia’s Paleo meals.
Also, SAMs Club has a variety of Paleo cookbooks for sale. It’s always good to have a few on hand when you have time to experiment recipes in the kitchen.
