Strength/Skill:

DU Practice – 10-15 min

then

MU/Pull Up Practice – 10-15 min

WOD: 12 min AMRAP

In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible of:

12 Wall Balls 20/14

12 Burpees

* One person completes the round then the other goes.
