30 Day Challenge
We officially start our 30 Day Challenge today! It will run from Jan. 18th to Feb. 16th. Today will be the last day to sign up and get your measurements done, after that it will be too late to join the challenge. Hope everyone prepped on Sunday so the first week will go by smoothly. Meal prepping is a huge life saver as we all live busy lives so take time out of the week to prep food and have meals ready so you are not tempted to eat whatever comes in sight. If time is an issue then take advantage of Fia’s Paleo meals. Their schedule comes out every Wednesday and they always have tasty meals – be sure to check them out!
As we talked about at the meeting, the first week is always the hardest and many will experience headaches along with a decline in energy level. Feeling this way is normal and you will see a change after you’ve detoxed. Things will improve as you continue on and the second week should be much better. Remember don’t forget to grab your copy of the point tracking sheet, which can be found at the box or here. The sheets will need to be turned in every Monday (at the end of the week or start of the new week). It is your responsibility to turn in the sheets on time to earn the points for the week. Don’t let your hard work go to waste!
