30 Day Challenge 

Today is our last day for the 30 Day Real Food Challenge. I hope everyone was able to walk away with learning something new; whether be it reading labels, avoiding processed sugar, or avoiding marketing gimmicks with “healthy” labels. All point sheets MUST be turned in by Wednesday the 17th.  After that I will not be accepting any more tracking sheets. Also, I will be doing post pictures and measurements throughout this week; Friday will be the last day for that.  So please make sure that you get with me and we can work something out.
