Warm Up: 2 rounds

  • 10 Pass Throughs
  • 10 Bow Bends
  • 10 Lunges
  • 10 HRPU

Strength/Skill:

EMOM for 5 min – 5 HSPU

then

EMOM for 5 min – 10 AMSU

WOD: For time

In teams of 2 flip the tire then jog to the 75 m mark and jog back to flip again. Repeat until tire has reached the 75 m mark then return the tire back to the starting position using the same method.
