  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 AMSU
  • 10 Step Ups
  • 10 Pass Throughs

Strength/Skill:

EMOM for 5 min – 5 Snatches 95/65

EMOM for 5 min – 10 Weighted V-Ups 45/25

EMOM for 5 min – 30 Sec Plank

WOD: 3 Rounds

1 min at each station – total number of reps equals score. 2 min REST after each round.
