Don’t forget we will be starting ROMWOD today with Coach Tim after the Beginner Barbell class. Bring your yoga mats and foam blocks.


Warm Up: 10 Junkyard Dog

then 2 rounds

  • :30 Handstand Hold
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 HRPU

Strength/Skill:

Every 2 min for 10 min – 3 Pwr Jerks @ medium weight

Every 2 min for 10 min – Work up to a 2 Rep MAX Pause Front Squat

WOD: 12 min AMRAP

5 HSPU

10 Burpees

15 AMSU
