Warm Up: 

Lumberjacks and Farmers:

Divide into 2 teams. One team is the lumberjacks and the other team is the farmers.

Set out cones, half sitting up and half laying down.

On 3,2,1 go the farmers run around sitting up the cones and the lumberjacks knock them down. If all of the cones are either sitting up or knocked over then the losing team gets a 5 burpee penalty. You are not allowed to guard areas or cones.

Set up stations and pick your teammate

WOD: 20 RFT

Teams of 2

Partner 1: Row 250m or Run 200m

Partner 2: 5 KB Swings 45/35, 10 Air Squats, 15 Abmat Situps

* Partners switch after they both complete their task.
