Beginner BarBell Class

Attention everyone! In order to keep this class on Wednesdays you MUST sign up!! That way we have a head count and know how many will be in attendance.  The class is perfect for anyone who wants to work on their olympic lifts and learn the more technical movements. After the class is over stay for some mobility work and do Romwod!


Warm Up: 400 m Run

then 2 rounds

  • 10 Inch Worm
  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 10 RDL + High Kick
  • 10 Pass Throughs

Strength/Skill: 

Every 2 min for 10 min – 5 Back Squats @ 75-80% of 10 Rep

5 min EMOM – 3 OVH Squats @ AHAP
