Beginner Barbell

Beginner Barbell is cancelled today because Coach Tim will be leaving for Salt Lake City to go compete at the USA Weightlifting National Championships! All the best to him and Jason! The class will resume normal schedule next week and please remember that you MUST sign up for the class through the Mind Body App!!!


Warm Up: 400 m Run

then 2 rounds

  • :30 Samson Stretch (each leg)
  • 10 Scorpions
  • 10 Banded Good Mornings
  • 10 Light Goblet Squats

Strength/Skill:

Every 2 min for 10 min – 1 Power Jerk @ AHAP

Every 2 min for 10 min – work up to a 3 Rep Max Front Squat

WOD: 15 min AMRAP

3 Hang Power Cleans 135/95

6 Pistols

9 Burpees

* mod for pistols is 12 Goblet Squats 45/35
