Beach WOD on Saturday

Please note that the Saturday morning class will be different this week. Due to the weightlifting meet that will be happening at the gym the CrossFit class will be at the beach with Coach Reed! It will be at 8 AM at Jaycee beach.

After the WOD come out and support our lifting team as they will be competing on Saturday and Sunday. It’ll be a great meet so don’t miss out!

Warm Up: 200 m Run
