Pick Teams and Warm Up

 

B) WOD

Teams of 4:

Complete 2 Rounds of:

Pace horse: 75 Squats

followers will complete:

Wallballs 20/14
Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
Tire flip and jump to other side (flip counts as one, jump in and out counts as one)

Each person will rotate through each station, score is number of reps, rotate when pace horse completes reps of their movement.
