A) Strength/Skill

Pick Teams and Warm Up




40 reps for 40 weeks. 9 rounds for 9 months.

In teams of two and comprised of 1 male and 1 female athlete, if possible, 9 rounds of:
40 Butterfly Sit-ups (just like before delivery)
40 Goblet Squats with Medball (14/10– squatting with a baby)
40M Prowler Push (40# – pushing a stroller)

Each athlete must do a minimum of 9 reps of each exercise, per round (alternate on prowler push).
While one athlete works, the other holds a 35# KB/DB in one hand (can switch hands if necessary). If KB touches ground, 5 Burpee penalty for both team members.
