Part A: EMOM for As Long As Possible:

1st minute: 1 Push Press 115/75 + 1 Burpee
2nd minute: 2 Push Presses 115/75 + 2 Burpees
3rd minute: 3 Push Presses 115/75 + 3 Burpees
etc…

10 minutes Rest

Part B: 6 Rounds Each (alternating) for Time of:

5 Squat Cleans (125/85 lb)
10 Pull-Ups
200 meter Row

Part A: Partner 1 does 1 push press + 1 burpee then partner 2 does 1 + 1, rest remainder of the min then continue…

Part B: Partner 1 does a full round then rests while Partner 2 does a round until each does 6 rounds (12 total per team)
