Holiday Schedule

Please note the changes in our schedule during the holidays. Friday – ALL Classes will be normal Saturday – Regular 9 AM  Monday – NO CrossFit or BootCamp Classes, however we will be having Open Gym from 10-12 if anyone would like to burn the extra calories!

Anna & Brian’s Diaper WOD

Mark your calendars!!!  We are excited to have a very special Diaper WOD in honor of Anna and Brian’s baby girl! It will be on Dec. 3rd at 10 AM (not the 10th). More info will be posted as we get closer to the event.  

Hurricane Update

Hurricane Update: We will only have the morning CrossFit and Bootcamp class on Wednesday. The noon and evening classes are cancelled. All classes will be cancelled on Thursday and Friday. Everyone please be safe and prepared! Make sure to check the website and FaceBook for any further updates.
